Frank`s Falafel House in Cleveland

First time visiting Frank's falafel, employees very nice, as I sat and looked at the waitress serve customers food, looked good, delicious, nice environment.

They're not kidding when they say fresh squeeze orange juice. It tasted refreshing without any additional sweeteners and the exact vitamin C I would like in the morning. Ordered the fried chicken Benedict brunch and loved how the hollandaise sauce was both cheesy and like a gravy. The biscuits were unable to hold their shape when cut into but soaked up most of the gravy for a more flavorful bite. The crispy wedges were for the most part crisp. Walked out very happy!

This place had great customer service and the food was fresh and amazing.

we love Frank's! we try to come at least once a month. great omelets, like the vegetarian or falafel! homemade hot sauce. good service. updated booths and tables. can't wait for our next trip. vegetarian friendly and great meat options as well.

this place is amazing. their breakfast is awesome. I got a breakfast burrito with gyro meat in it man. like where else will they do that at. it was so good.

Sooooo I’ve always wanted to try this place! I usually have to drive all the way to Coventry jus for my falafel etc... I came in late but everyone was still sooooo nice!!!! The place is spotless! Even the condiments were wiped down! The waitress is super nice , cute white lady with long hair ! The food was so good! I just literally had the best grape leave thingys in my life!!! They are served warm and omg ! I wish I had a car to go here everyday!!!

I recommend this restaurant! The food is cooked quickly and its delicious!!! I ordered the gyro platter, it comes with rice and a house salad. I've also ordered the mix grill and the shish kabob. The hummus is delicious. They also sell breakfast. Great place👍

Everyone was nice and the owner was there. He took out time to explain the menu and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This was my first time. I'm really particular about restaurants because I just like great customer service. The customer service is superior and just wanted to let people know. Your money is well spent. I will now become a regular. Also I got a falafel wrap and it was so good. What a gem. I'm grateful.

Totally amazing place, I'm not just saying that. Menu doesn't seem that appealing, but when the food touches my mouth, oh wow!. My personal preference are the gyros and anything with there lamb and beef meats. Don't pass by the fries, they are not your average potato fries. No wonder they mastered the dishes, it a family restaurant.

Cozy spot, not good for large groups. The staff is fine and the food is good. Mostly breakfast for me.

Great place for a cheap local bit

My mom and I went there for the first time, yesterday. The food was excellent and our waitress was really friendly! My only real complaint is that I don't like how the house salad had so many onions in it. That's just based on my personal taste, though.We, definitely, plan on going back there, again. :)

I personally love this place, during lunch time I place my order, and let them know I'm on my way, and always my meal and refreshment are always on the table. Due to the fact I have a 30 min lunch hour. The Beef Swharma, including Gyros, and the mix grill are scrumptious!

If you are looking for good falafels in Cleveland , try their falafel wrap. I tried it, it was hot and fresh. Deluxe chicken wrap is delicious but be aware it contains jalapeno in it. Hummus was good. The coffee was fresh and very good. Parking is available. The overall service and experience made me consider coming here again.

service was fast and the sevice was Excellent the Philliy cheese steak was Delicious and My friend had eggs. turkey sauges and greats for 3.00. Excellent price an Also Delicious. Nice size portions. But what I did not know that with sandwich you do not get a side so, beware.

Wonderful family owned restaurant

A preferred scene for delicious Mediterranean food. Got there about two, it was not packed. Staff treated us so kindly. This place has a good feel to it. Kinda of like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed.

A delightful find in Cleveland. Enjoyed all my good memories of dining in Syria, Lebanon and other middle-eastern fine restaurants.Very authentic, friendly and a great place.

Came for a weekend visit from Columbus to Cleveland ..Had ordered shawarma ...wraps . Everything was so amazingly tasty .. I recommmd this place

I love a good diner and Frank's never disappoints. The menu is huge and, as the name suggests, has a wide variety of Mediterranean food. They also have all of the greasy spoon staples you'd expect like all-day breakfast. The dining room can fill up quickly depending on the time, but patrons tend to rotate through pretty quickly.
